| Florida Resort Group, Inc.'s principals have been in the lodging
hospitality business for 28 years, of which the last 16 have been solely
devoted to the sale of hotels and motels. As a result of this extensive
experience, more than 105 lodging properties have been successfully marketed
by the firm.
The principals of the firm are Walt Burgess, Sr., Qualifying Broker, and Walt Burgess, Jr., Lodging Specialist. The office staff and operations are run by Dan Green, Administrative Assistant. The Research Department is staffed by Gina Higgins. Florida Resort Group specializes in the sale of lodging properties and resort facilities along the Florida West Coast, throughout Central Florida and along the upper Florida East Coast. Principal areas of activity are the East Coast of Florida, the Orlando area, and the West Coast of Florida from the Panhandle on the North to Naples on the South. Sales for the past several years have been aggressive, resulting in the sale of 18 hotel properties, with a combined total of 2,039 rooms and a gross sales value of $91,740,000. As a result of this activity, our usual inventory of 40 to 60 lodging properties has been severely depleted, and we are actively soliciting for additional properties to represent for sale.
