The 140 units are housed in four buildings with the fifth building containing a lounge, restaurant and reception office. The units surround a beautiful Tropical Courtyard full of exotic flowers, swaying palms and a shimmering kidney-shaped swimming pool that is heated in the cool season months. The property has a strong following as evidenced by the fact that, as an independent, it is consistently producing the same revenue each year. There is a restaurant and lounge on the property, but the restaurant is only open for guest courtesy hot breakfast, and the lounge is closed.

114 units are hotel rooms with 2 double beds, 19 rooms with king or queen beds and 7 kitchenettes. In 98-99 all of the units were redecorated, and each building was fitted out with a Cyclone "on demand" hot water system. The exterior of the buildings were repainted in Florida tropical colors in 2002.

Returning clientele, year after year (especially in season) make this limited service property highly desirable, especially since there are no franchise or marketing fees to pay.
